GDHS Globe Project

The newly painted GDHS Globe

The newly painted GDHS Globe

There is an effort to refurbish the GDHS Globe and its grounds that has remained idle since 1992.   It has survived over the last 23 years and we intend to bring alive our beloved “GLOBE” once again that remains an icon in our hearts forever.   There is a fundraising effort to pay a local contractor in the Philippines for their past and current expenses for work performed in refurbishing our Globe. As you can see it is well underway.  Additional, funds will be used  for a monthly maintenance agreement  landscaping and future improvements to include a Memorial Wall and commemorative plaque.

If you would like to participate in this exciting endeavor, please go to the Go Fund Me Page here.

This effort is being headed up by Ruben Pandes and he can be contacted at: gdhssocal@gmail.com
